The information and steps to learn computer for beginners:

When we start learning computer we always think that, from where should we have to start leaning the Computer. In my recent post, I explain about the basics and the parts of computer by which we use to run the whole system of the computer such as Mouse, Keyboard, C.P.U. ,etc.

Now we are going to the start the basic function and basic work on computer for beginners and getting professional in computer field.

While we start learning computer at home or from video tutorial of basic computer learning or go for the computer learning classes. They always starts teaching us from the topics MS Excel , MS Word , MS PowerPoint Presentation , etc.

So lets start from the beginning of all the topics or we can say the basic working of computer. This is the first stage to enter the computer field or gaining knowledge about computer. If you are searching a job in computer field such as a computer operator in any school, college or any where they always ask you about the basic knowledge of MS Excel , MS Word , MS PowerPoint Presentation , etc. So lets begin the class of learning basic of computer.

MS Excel:

What is MS Excel?

MS Excel stands for Microsoft Office Excel. It is a spreadsheet developed by Microsoft for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. It features calculation, pivot tables, and a macro programming language called Visual basic for applications. MS Excel has been a very widely applied spreadsheet for these platforms for these platforms, especially since the version 5 in 1993. As the information about the version 5 of MS Excel it has replaced Lotus 1-2-3 as the industry standard for spreadsheets. Excel is one the part of Microsoft Office.

       There are many MS Excel  version shows on the official site of ms excel on internet like Excel 2002, Excel 2003, Excel 2007, Excel 2010, Excel 2013  and  Excel 2016 but the latest version of the MS Excel is MS Excel 2016(Excel 2016 Version 16.0).

       All the versions of MS Excel have their own specific function.

• Click on " start button" and go to "Search" option.
• A search dialogue box will open, now write " MS Excel"  or  if  MS Excel  (Microsoft office excel 2007/ Microsoft office excel 2010/ Microsoft office excel 2016).
• Now click on MS Excel  (Microsoft office excel 2007/ Microsoft office excel 2010/ Microsoft office excel 2016).
• Your MS Excel will appears on the computer screen.

Other Steps to open MS Excel:

• Click on the right mouse button on the computer screen, a drop down dialogue box will appears on the screen.
• Select the MS Excel  (Microsoft office excel 2007/ Microsoft office excel 2010/ Microsoft office excel 2016).
• Your MS Excel will become open.

• Click on the "start button" on the bottom left corner of the computer screen.
• Select the MS Excel  (Microsoft office excel 2007/ Microsoft office excel 2010/ Microsoft office excel 2016).
• Your MS Excel will become open.

MS Word:

What is MS Word?

     

  MS Word stands for Microsoft Office Word. Microsoft Word (or simply Word) is a word processor developed by Microsoft. It was first released on October 25, 1983. The name of ms word at that time was Multi-Tool Word for Xenix system. Subsequent versions were later written for several other platforms including IBM PCs running DOS (1983), Apple Macintosh running the Classic Mac OS (1985), Microsoft Windows (1989), OS/2 (1989).In Word there are also many version from the beginning of the word page from the beginning. There are many versions like Word 97 / word 98 / Word 2000 / Word 2002 /  Word 2003 / Microsoft word 2007 /  Word 2010 / Word 2013 / Word 2016 /  Word 2019. The latest updated version of the Microsoft office word  is  Word 2019.

MS PowerPoint Presentation:

What is MS PowerPoint Presentation?

MS PowerPoint presentation  is stands for Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation.Microsoft PowerPoint  (or simply PowerPoint) is a presentation program, created by Robert Gaskins and Dennis Austin at a software company named Forethought.  It was released on April 20, 1987, initially for Macintosh computers only. Microsoft acquired PowerPoint for $14 million three months after it appeared. This was the first Microsoft's Significant acquisition. PowerPoint became a component of the Microsoft Office suite, first offered in 1989 for Macintosh and in 1990 for Windows. What is MS Publisher Documents?

Microsoft Publisher is an entry-level desktop publishing application from Microsoft, differing form Microsoft Word in that the emphasis is placed on page layout and design rather than text composition and proofing. This is also developed by the Microsoft. The first edition of the MS Publisher Document  was published in 1991. The latest updated Publisher Document is Microsoft Publisher 2013 / Microsoft Publisher 2016 / Microsoft Publisher 2019.
